We offer a free handling and free delivery service for all orders, with a minimum order value of $160 SGD. This minimum order amount allows us to guarantee you market competitive prices on all our product.

We believe in protecting our environment.

As such we will utilize as much as possible re-usable bags, cooler bags, cardboxes, and Styrofoam boxes for delivery. We hope you will support us in this policy, and kindly accept that you may receive your delivery in recycled containers. We would also like to recover the reusable ice-packs and Styrofoam boxes when possible, if you are able to store the goods in the appropriate refrigerated space immediately at delivery time.

In-stock products :

It normally takes 2 business days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays) for orders to leave our warehouse. Orders placed after 4:00 pm are processed the next business day.

Indent products (pre-order):

To ensure freshness of certain products, we fly them in specially when you order. These products are marked as Indent or Pre-order. It usually takes 1 week to deliver on the following week as per the below schedule. If you order contains pre-order items, the entire order will be delivered when the last pre-order item is available. Do not hesitate to call us if you would like a different arrangement.

Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays, and other factors. We do not deliver on week-ends and public holidays.

Please indicate in the comment box made available at the time of order if you have a preferred delivery date, and delivery period (morning or afternoon), taking into account the above processing times . We will try to accommodate specific requests, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please call us if you have any specific requirement. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee of $30 SGD should we need to return for a later delivery in the unlikely case of non-availability on our first attempt.

We apologize if ocassionally some products listed in our online catalog maybe out of stock. In the event one of the items you ordered is unavailable, we will call you to offer you either a replacement, cancellation of the item, or cancellation of your entire order.

Quality and Freshness Guaranteeback to top

Delicia online store holds the highest quality standards of freshness and quality. To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition we carefully pack all fresh products in an insulated box or bag with reusable ice gel packs. This packaging is designed to maintain full product freshness during delivery.

Our quality packing methods allows us to guarantee that our products will remain fresh and in their original condition. Please be available to receive your shipment so that you can inspect it and refrigerate/freeze perishable items immediately.

Please make sure to consult the storage instructions on the product label as well as the product expiry dates and consume the products within the dates provided.

Returns and Exchangesback to top

We will gladly replace any item(s) in the event that they might have spoiled during delivery, or in the unlikely invent that we have delivered a wrong item.

We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please inspect the contents as soon as we deliver them. If you believe you have received a spoiled product or wrong order, please store it and call us immediately at 9751 0101 within 24 hours maximum. We cannot accept returns on products that are spoiled or damaged due to improper storage.

We try to provide as much description of our products on the online catalog item details. Please note however that we might not always have a full description and ingredients list. We request that you refer to either the label on the product or the manufacturer s web site for a complete description, specially in case you have any allergies.

Some of our products are subject to availability due to seasonal variations. Prices are updated on a regular basis and will vary upwards and downwards depending on availability, season, market conditions, and exchange rates. Our web site shows the most current and up-to-date pricing on all products.

Cheque via mail or bank transfer (for pre-approved customers):

If selecting this payment option please kindly ensure prompt payment following delivery. Please note that no payment can be collected by our delivery personnel due to insurance purposes.

Please note that in case of delivery address being different of the billing address, we will request pre-payment before delivery.

Credit Card (via PayPal):

All credit card payments are securely made via our payment gateway from Paypal, with no additional fees for our customers. Paypal will accept Visa an Mastercard payments. Please note that you do not need to open a Paypal account to make payment, simply enter the requested details for a one time transaction if you prefer. Please visit Paypal website for full details on PayPal payments and related security mechanism.

Please note all payment information is securely managed by PayPal and Delicia will not know, keep, or have access to any of your account or credit card information.

Reimbursements:

We will reimburse you any product under the conditions of our quality and freshness guarantee, or in case of missing delivery items.

Reimbursement will be either:

  • by cheque mailed at your indicated billing address at the time of order, if you have made a cash/cheque payment.
  • or by crediting you credit card or bank account directly with the reimbursement amount, in case of online payment
