This chestnut paste is made exclusively with the best fruits selected according to its varieties, as well as top quality natural vanilla. Thick and creamy, light brown in color, it is used to make desserts, ice cream and chocolates. It comes into its own as an ingredient in "vermicelli" , "mont-blancs", and "torches aux marrons" desserts.
