Using only natural casing, this air dried Acorn (Bellota)Iberico Chorizo is made from high quality cuts of Iberian Pork, spices, pimenton (paprika), and air dried and matured in the traditional Spanish way. The perfect mix of spices and meat of this outstanding mild Chorizo allow the connoisseur to appreciate both the special chorizo spices and the delicate taste of acorn fed iberico pork.

Ingredients: Coarsely chopped Acorn Fed Iberian Pork Cured, Paprika, Spices, Salt

Serving: open the package at least 10 minutes before serving, and use a knife to cut thin slices. Ideal for an aperitif served with bread, and accompanied with red wine. Or try it in a typical spanish pasta dish: fry some onions and whole garlic cloves in olive oil (optionally add a little bit of fresh tomato), then very quickly add some chopped chorizo for a minute before mixing with the pasta and serving.
