The caviar Sturia Primeur is a young caviar, refined for less than 4 weeks, with a shiny and detached roes that reveal a creamy texture and a delicate taste of fresh hazelnut. The sensation of freshness it brings attracts even the greatest amateurs of caviar. Its unique taste and texture make it a perfect companion for crustacean seafood dishes. Available in stock in 100g tin, and on pre-order in 50g and 500g vacuum packed tins.

Sturia caviar is produced by Caviar et Prestige, the largest producer of caviar in France, near Bordeaux. Thanks to great improvements in farming techniques, Sturia is now used by several 3* chefs in the world. Most importantly, prices are stable and attractive, while its production is sustainable, an important factor since stocks of wild sturgeons are almost finished.
